No Returns or Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Pokémon cards are highly collectible and their condition is critical to their value. Once cards leave our care, we cannot guarantee they have not been handled, damaged, or altered.

For this reason, all sales are final.

 

Order Accuracy & Packaging

 

We take great care to:
   •    Accurately list the condition and details of all items.
   •    Package every order securely to protect your cards during shipping.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout to ensure you are selecting the correct products.

 

 

Incorrect or Missing Items

 

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, or if part of your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by either:
   •    Sending the correct item(s), or
   •    Offering a suitable replacement/refund if the item is no longer available.

 

 

Damaged in Transit

 

We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit via postal services. For higher-value cards, we strongly recommend reaching out if you require insured shipping options.

 

 

Final Note

 

Our goal is to provide collectors with genuine products and excellent service. While returns are not possible due to the nature of trading cards, we are committed to ensuring your experience with Pack Vault is safe, secure, and enjoyable.
